Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Coordinate clinic administrative activities, staff schedules and daily operations.
Supervise and support clinic staff to ensure proper work performance and service standards.
Manage appointments, patient enquiries and general customer service matters.
Monitor inventory, clinic supplies and liaise with suppliers when required.
Handle administrative records, reports, billing and other operational documentation.
Assist in implementing and maintaining clinic policies, procedures and service standards.
Coordinate with management and staff to resolve operational issues and improve clinic efficiency.
Ensure the clinic complies with relevant workplace, health and safety requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinic, healthcare or service operations.
Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Good problem-solving and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
Candidates with relevant clinic management experience will be preferred.
