We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our Singapore office.

Job Description:

General ledger (primary focus)

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications
• Perform monthly GL reconciliations and follow up on reconciling items to closure
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure correct account/cost centre coding
• Support month-end and year-end close, including close schedules and variance analysis
• Maintain the fixed asset register (additions, disposals, depreciation runs)
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations where applicable

Broader finance support

• Support AP/AR functions as needed, ensuring transactions are properly mapped to the GL
• Assist with statutory audit requests and tax/GST schedules, liaising with auditors and tax agents
• Help ensure compliance with SFRS and internal controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with hands-on GL exposure (not purely AP/AR)
• Comfortable owning journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close independently
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and strong in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
