Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts closing for semi-active property development companies.
• Prepare Badan Management accounts.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including processing contractor claims and supplier invoices, preparing payments, and performing reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and other accounting-related matters.
• Prepare and provide supporting documents and information required for audit and tax purposes.
• Maintain accurate and proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounting and finance-related matters and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting Software.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Able to work independently and handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Committed, organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and handle ad hoc assignments effectively.
• Knowledge or experience in property development accounting is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant working experience will be considered based on their experience and ability to work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
