We are expanding our project team to deliver a large-scale hyperscale data centre development in Malaysia for a leading global technology client.

About the Role

Own the integrated master schedule for a hyperscale data centre project. You will give the client and project leadership a clear, reliable view of progress, critical path and completion forecasts. Key

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and manage the integrated master schedule for the data centre project.

• Coordinate planning inputs across all disciplines including Civil, CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT and commissioning.

• Establish project baselines, monitor progress against key milestones and identify critical path activities.

• Prepare recovery plans, schedule impact assessments and mitigation strategies to address delays. • Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and management presentations.

• Support resource planning, productivity analysis and forecasting of completion dates.

• Facilitate schedule review meetings with the client, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

• Ensure planning and reporting processes align with project controls and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Minimum 8 years' planning experience on large-scale construction projects, with data center or mission-critical exposure preferred.

• Good user of Primavera P6; Power BI or similar dashboard tools an advantage.

• Good understanding of critical path method, earned value and delay analysis.

• Good reporting and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
