Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across all digital platforms
Plan campaigns around festive seasons, product launches, promotional periods and key marketing events
Assist in planning and filming content for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Work with team to storyboard and shoot engaging product videos and behind-the-scenes stories
Coordinate with influencers and manage user-generated content when needed
Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas, campaign concepts, content briefs and marketing plans
Copywriting & Social Media Management
Draft social media captions, product descriptions, emails, and campaign headlines
Schedule and post across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, EDM)
Monitor engagement and trends to optimize content
Live Commerce
Plan and coordinate TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions
Work with livestream hosts, affiliates and creators
Prepare livestream scripts, promotioxnal mechanics and vouchers
Support live operations, moderation and post-live reporting
Analyse livestream performance and recommend improvements
E-Commerce Management & Sales Optimization
Upload and maintain listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
Track campaign performance, product views, and conversion rates
Suggest ways to optimize listings and improve customer experience
Social Media & Content Creation
Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms
Write compelling captions, product descriptions, EDMs and marketing copy
Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, ideation, scripting and content optimisation
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content opportunities
Assist in editing videos and designing simple visuals using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
Maintain branding consistency across all platforms
Resize and adapt creatives for different channels (IG Story vs. FB Ad etc.)
Campaign & Promotional Planning
Plan and execute online campaigns across multiple sales channels
Coordinate platform campaigns such as Double Digit Sales, Payday, Flash Deals and Brand Campaigns
Use AI to develop campaign concepts, promotional copy, visual ideas and customer messaging
Collaborate across departments to ensure timely campaign execution
Design & Marketing Collateral
Design marketing content and visual assets for digital and physical channels
Create and adapt packaging designs for new and existing products
Design promotional materials such as postcards, flyers, posters, banners and point-of-sale (POS) collateral
Develop visuals for campaigns, product launches, events and promotional activities
Maintain consistent branding across packaging, digital content and physical marketing materials
Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats
Work with the team to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into final marketing materials
