Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
At least 3 years of local construction experience
Knowledge in AutoCAD / BIM software is added advantage.
At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
Fluent in English , Good project management and communication skills

Ho Sin Construction Pte Ltd is found in 2011 has been actively involved in the construction industry and able to contract medium size projects. The types of works include building public housing and private residential developments, commercial buildings restoration, construction of new facilities and turnkey projects.
- Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
- Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects on C&S matters
- Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients
- Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meeting
- Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned
