• Conduct centre tours for prospective parents and explain learning approaches and child development outcomes
• Address enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Support the enrolment process through timely follow-ups and guidance
• Ensure a positive and consistent experience across all parent interactions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and enrolment outcomes
• Work towards enrolment-related targets including conversions and visit attendance rates
