We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Innovation Manager at Vinda SEA HQ located at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (next to Setia Alam). If you’re ready to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

How You'll Make an Impact?

Market & Consumer Insights

• Track market, category, consumer and macro trends using Kantar, Nielsen and internal research to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
• Translate consumer and competitive insights into actionable brand and innovation recommendations.

Strategic Innovation Planning

• Support development of innovation pipelines, from ideation and concept development through to launch.
• Support innovation ideation session/ Workshops covering products, packaging, communications (incl. CRM) and promotions that are aligned to the brand platform, business objectives and market needs.

Brand Management

• Assist in the development of brand platforms, strategies, architecture, and positioning for all categories.
• Ensure brand expression guidelines are executed in-line with the platform and to ensure consistent brand executions across the region.

Launch and Project Management

• Support 8Q category planning for all countries
• Track project milestones and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct post-launch assessments to evaluate proposition, product, pricing, distribution and marketing effectiveness.

Competitive Analysis

• Monitor competitor products, innovation, branding, communication and marketing strategies across markets.
• Update and track regional competitive brands with in-marketing leads and coordinate with R&D to deliver semi-annual competitive analysis in a timely manner.

Annual View

Assist in category annual market view :-

• Competitive landscape (covers all 4Ps)
• Category dynamics
• Review past executions against brand platform and brand expressions guideline
• Data analytics

Budget

• Monitor and track category budget

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• At least 2-4 years working experience in the FMCG/ Personal or Health Care industry with strong marketing background Knowledge of basic Trade Marketing is an added value.
• Exposure to leading partnerships with external agencies.
• Experienced in FMCG marketing, brand management or innovation.
• Basic understanding of consumer research methodologies and how to translate insight into opportunity.
• Proficient in using Kantar, Nielsen and internal data for analysis. Must be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate well with regional and global counterparts.
