• Contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment situation.
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements according to company guidelines.
• Record all customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions accurately in the system.
• Monitor promised payments and conduct follow-ups as required.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets set by the company.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints related to outstanding accounts.
• Escalate difficult or sensitive cases to the Supervisor or Team Leader when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable collection guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use relevant systems.
• Able to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in debt collection, recovery, customer service, or call centre is an advantage.

• Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500
