• Lead and manage the overall procurement and purchasing function.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies and processes in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Source, evaluate and appoint suitable suppliers and vendors.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, contracts and delivery arrangements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and business partners.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, delivery and service levels.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and cost-control initiatives without compromising quality.
• Review purchasing requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods, materials, equipment and services.
• Monitor procurement budgets, spending and purchasing trends.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, approval limits and internal controls.
• Review and manage Purchase Orders, quotations, contracts and other procurement documentation.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Events and other departments to ensure procurement requirements are properly planned and fulfilled.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies and service matters.
• Develop and maintain an updated supplier database and procurement records.
• Prepare regular procurement reports, cost analysis and supplier performance reports for Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, processes and supplier arrangements.
• Lead, supervise and develop the procurement team where applicable.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
