Role Description This internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based in Kuantan and follows a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in promoting PruBSN Takaful products, supporting sales campaigns, and engaging with potential and existing customers to explain product benefits and features. The intern will help deliver customer service, prepare marketing materials, and participate in outreach activities, roadshows, and digital promotions. Additional tasks may include maintaining basic sales records, supporting training sessions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targeted objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support sales activities, follow up with leads, and contribute to meeting targets.
• Interest or experience in Training, including supporting product briefings, onboarding sessions, or team knowledge-sharing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Kuantan, manage time effectively, and adapt to both in-person and remote tasks.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, preferably in financial services or Takaful, and comfort with social media or digital outreach.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and interest in ethical, community-oriented financial solutions.
