The Opportunity

• Join an established logistics and supply chain organisation.

• Opportunity to gain exposure to air freight operations and international shipment coordination.

• Monday to Friday, office hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.

• Prepare and maintain freight documentation accurately.

• Liaise with customers, airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders on shipment arrangements.

• Monitor shipment progress and support timely delivery.

• Maintain operational records and resolve shipment-related issues.

• Provide administrative support to daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.

• Familiarity with freight documentation and shipment coordination processes is advantageous.
