OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM

During this 6-months training program you will get on-the-job training in the store, an extensive orientation program, early responsibility, coaching and mentoring to support your growth within the organization. In this process you will also attend management and communication skills trainings. We have a well-established brands platform for exposure to different roles and learning curves, to realize your strengths and potential for personal career development.
