Chief Financial Officer Job Description (S$15,000 to $25,000)

We are a fast-growing Technology and Computing Power Services business in Singapore. We are seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function, oversee the company’s financial management, governance, compliance and strengthen the Group’s listed-company readiness.

Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, analysis and strategy across the organization. The incumbent will provide strategic financial insights, ensure robust financial processes, and lead the finance team to deliver on organizational goals. Manage a team of 3 members reporting to this position, this role reports to the CEO and Company Directors and works closely with senior management to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, treasury, cash flow and internal controls.

2. Strengthen controls over revenue recognition, working capital, financing facilities, customer deposits and inventory.

3. Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to the CEO, Board and shareholders.

4. Establish listed-company-quality reporting, governance, risk management and Board/Audit Committee processes.

5. Lead relationships with auditors, banks, sponsors and professional advisers.

6. Drive finance workstreams for strategic corporate transactions and listing-readiness initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
A recognized professional accounting qualification e.g. CA Singapore, CPA or ACCA.

SGX-listed, Catalist, small-cap or newly listed company experience. Hands-on experience with listed-company reporting, annual reports, financial announcements, audit, internal controls and Board/Audit Committee support.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month

• CFO: 8 years (Required)
