Job Summary
Deliver engaging academic-focused lessons and supervise primary school children to support their learning and safety in a positive, student-centric environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver and present PlayFACTO lesson content effectively to primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to support their academic progress
Supervise children to ensure timely completion of daily homework and spelling tasks
Ensure the safety and timely transfer of students from school to the student centre
Maintain a safe classroom environment for all children during lessons
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide clear feedback on children’s behavioural and learning progress
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the centre premises to provide a healthy environment
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Head or Director
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or higher in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with children, preferably at the primary school level
Good communication skills to engage children and liaise with parents effectively
Classroom management skills to maintain order and support learning
Strong work ethics, integrity, and a positive attitude
Passion for nurturing and supporting children’s development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
WSQ Student Care / Early Childhood certificate or equivalent (not essential but advantageous)
Experience working with children (training provided for candidates without experience)
