Tanggungjawab

  • Lead and motivate a production team in stamping of precision connectors to meet customer demands.
  • Drive employee development through talent acquisition, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment using 6S standards.
  • Manage daily production, capacity planning, and machine optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Handle employee grievances, attendance, and performance reviews fairly and consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
