Green Kitchen is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our growing team in Singapore.
We are looking for someone creative, organised and hands-on who understands social media and knows how to turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch.
You will work directly with the founder and manage our editor and interns to make sure content gets planned, filmed, edited and published consistently.
What you’ll do:
Plan and manage our weekly social media content
Turn ideas into Reels, TikToks, YouTube content, ads and campaigns
Understand hooks, storytelling, pacing and how to hold attention
Understand what works differently across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Write content ideas, scripts, captions and creative briefs
Manage and brief our editor and interns
Organise and help direct shoots
Be comfortable filming simple content yourself when needed
Review edits and give clear feedback
Turn podcasts, kitchen footage, events and existing material into multiple pieces of content
Track what performs and use that to improve future content
Stay on top of trends and new social formats
Who we’re looking for:
Someone who gets things done
Strong understanding of social media and short-form video
Good creative instincts and storytelling ability
Comfortable managing people and deadlines
Able to take a rough idea and turn it into finished content
Interested in healthy food, fitness, wellness and lifestyle
Happy working in a small, young and fast-moving team
