About the Role

The Senior Executive, eCommerce is responsible for managing DKSH's e-commerce activity in Malaysia for the Consumer Goods Business Units, bringing the world's favorite brands to key e-commerce platforms and delivering the best online shopping experience to consumers. This role drives business growth through strategic planning, key account management, data analytics, and business development across all major e-commerce channels.

What You Will Deliver

• Plan and assist in the development of merchandising and promotion campaigns for the online channel, managing promotional mechanisms including bundle set creation and discount promotions with e-commerce players
• Manage stock fulfilment rates with e-retailers and clients, and maintain accurate promotion pricing on SAP for all e-retailers, e-marketplaces, and clients in accordance with contractual terms
• Assist in developing business, marketing, and operational plans to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
• Build brand equity in collaboration with clients across e-commerce platforms, monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of marketing and promotional implementations
• Monitor sales performance against the approved Advertising and Promotions (A&P) budget, and execute trade claims recovery from clients within contractual terms
• Minimize unnecessary costs and risks that impact Profit and Loss (P&L), maintaining accurate price records in accordance with contractual obligations
• Conduct robust research and analysis of new online business opportunities to drive portfolio expansion
• Regularly analyze trade returns and develop action plans to reduce returns and errors in delivery
• Assist in financial reconciliation supervision covering accounts receivable and accounts payable, and prepare business reviews and post-sales reports
• Identify and execute new channel expansion opportunities, including terms negotiations with e-commerce platforms and partners
• Build strong business relationships with clients, stakeholders, internal teams, and business units to support sustainable growth
• Communicate and align the online business plan across all operational departments and business units
• Support the expansion of e-commerce business opportunities in mobile and social commerce and cross-border trade
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role at an e-commerce platform, brand, or distributor; prior experience in a company known for e-commerce or online fulfilment operations related to the logistics industry is an added advantage
• Digital savvy with strong knowledge of e-commerce business models, operations, and technology, and proven experience managing e-commerce channels
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills; management consultancy experience is a plus and familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Good finance and accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in business process design, process architecture, and process levels
• Strong passion for e-commerce combined with solid business acumen and a consumer-first mindset
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively at all organizational levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset that is driven, flexible, and willing to learn, with the ability to deliver on deadlines with agility and adaptability
• Positive attitude and a change agent mentality that embraces continuous improvement
