We are a new retail concept bringing together preloved bags and watches, independent labels and local sustainable brands. We’re creating a welcoming space for customers to explore their style and discover something unexpected.

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and sales-driven individual to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, discovering brands and creating great shopping experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide attentive customer service and share product information confidently.
• Work towards store sales targets and build relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Handle payments and cashier duties accurately.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Receive, organise and replenish stock, and assist with inventory checks.
• Keep merchandise displays attractive and the store clean and organised.
• Assist with online customer enquiries, order preparation and promotional activities.
• Support social media content and live-selling activities when required.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Interested in fashion, accessories and discovering new brands.
• Responsible, organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Preferably at least one year of retail or customer service experience. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn product details, store systems and digital sales tools.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with social media or live selling is a plus.

Working Hours

• 44 hours per week.
• Shifts scheduled between 10am and 10pm.
• Weekend and public holiday availability required.
