Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior L2 Developer / Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in application development and production support within the Core Banking / Investments & Wealth domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth, along with strong technical skills in .NET and MS-SQL/SQL. The candidate will be responsible for application support, release management and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for Investments & Wealth applications
• Work on applications built around SilverLake Investments & Wealth
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution
• Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities and ensure application quality
• Analyse application issues and identify root causes
• Work with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues
• Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using MS-SQL/SQL Server
• Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities
• Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required
• Follow established production support and change-management processes
