We are a leading technology solution provider with a regional focus. We partner with financial institutions to modernize collections and recovery operations through consulting, analytics, process transformation, and technology solutions.

Our bespoke software solution assist banks and lenders build structured, consistent debt collection infrastructure. We work with top financial brands in the region, and as part of our regional expansion, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Understand borrowing and lending, and how collectors, supervisors, and recovery teams operate on a day-to-day basis, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and missed opportunities.
• Diagnose why performance is off, not just report that it is, and recommend concrete treatment strategies, segmentation logic, and workflow changes.
• Run workshops and discovery sessions with client teams, from frontline users up to senior decision-makers, and present recommendations with clear rationale and expected impact.
• Become the go-to expert on our platform's configuration, automation, and dashboards, able to translate business needs into system logic.
• Manage the relationship end-to-end: stakeholders, timelines, follow-through, and reporting.
• Feed client insights back into our product and engineering teams to shape what we build next.

What We're Looking For

Industry Know-How

• Solid understanding of lending and bad debt collection, ideally with some credit risk exposure.
• Currently or recently working in a financial institution, in a role with real ownership of collections/recovery strategy (not just execution), e.g. Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Executive, or transformation/strategy specialist.
• Comfortable moving beyond reporting: you can diagnose a deteriorating portfolio and recommend a fix, not just flag the number.

Technical & analytical skills

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Genuinely enjoy working with numbers, comfortable in Excel, able to do your own analysis rather than waiting for a dashboard.
• Confident building your own presentations and translating data into a narrative.
• Have confidence in running workshops and speaking in small groups.

Communication & stakeholder skills

• Strong verbal and written communication, able to hold a room of frontline users and a room of executives with equal confidence.
• Some pitching/influencing ability, you'll often need to sell an idea, not just present it.
• Experience managing stakeholders across clients, internal teams, and suppliers, with solid project follow-through.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years in collections/recovery, strategy, operations, transformation, or functional consulting for collections platforms, within banking or financial institutions.
• Solid grasp of delinquency management, treatment strategy, recovery workflows, and portfolio monitoring, not just familiar with the terms, but able to work with them.
• Track record of diagnosing operational issues and recommending fixes, not just producing reports or dashboards.
• Confident running client-facing workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and presentations, comfortable with both frontline users and senior decision-makers.
• Quick to pick up complex enterprise software and connect configuration choices to business outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communicator.
• Open to travel and time onsite at client locations during observation, implementation, and optimization phases.

Good to have Requirements:

• Experience as a functional consultant, business analyst, product owner, or SME on collections/recovery system implementation.
• Comfortable with SQL, SAS, Power BI, or Excel-based analytics, dashboards, scoring, segmentation.
• Experience writing BRDs, process maps, SOPs, or training materials.
• Exposure to AI-driven or digital collections, dialer strategies, or recovery automation.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, or sales teams to drive adoption.
