Tanggungjawab
Diagnose equipment faults and carry out corrective repairs to restore equipment performance and minimise production downtime.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in good operating condition.
Work closely with Engineers to investigate equipment-related issues that may affect manufacturing processes.
Carry out basic equipment checks and follow up on maintenance findings as required.
Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with workplace safety and cleanroom requirements.
Record maintenance activities, findings and follow-up actions where required.
Requirements:
Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in
equipment maintenance, troubleshooting
or a similar technical environment.
Knowledge of
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Must be comfortable working a
12-hour rotating shift.
