Job Description

Support the finance team with daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment transactions, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payment transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Support payment processing and cash management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Assist with month-end closing and finance reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
