Overview
Our client is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee offshore construction and transportation and installation (T&I) activities. The role requires experience leading offshore execution, coordinating marine and construction teams, and managing work safely from preparation through completion.
- Plan and oversee offshore installation and construction activities.
- Coordinate installation engineers, vessel teams, marine personnel, and subcontractors.
- Review installation procedures, execution plans, schedules, and offshore readiness.
- Manage operational interfaces and resolve issues during execution.
- Monitor progress, safety, and quality, reporting risks or delays to project management.
- Support mobilisation, offshore execution, and close-out activities.
- Strong offshore Oil & Gas construction, T&I or EPCIC experience
- Proven experience leading offshore installation or construction operations
- Ability to manage vessel-based work, multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Sound knowledge of offshore execution planning, safety and quality requirements
- Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur and at the project site in Sarawak
