Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

The Adobe Campaign Technical Lead is responsible for end-to-end technical design, development leadership, integration oversight, and deployment governance for the Adobe Campaign Classic implementation. The role leads the build team in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing campaign solutions aligned with architectural standards and enterprise governance.

Key Responsibilities

· Own Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) and detailed solution design.

· Lead implementation of campaign management, audience segmentation, workflow automation, and communication capabilities in Adobe Campaign.

· Design and oversee integrations with customer engagement channels, analytics platforms, fulfilment systems, and enterprise data sources.

· Lead development, configuration, code reviews, quality assurance, release management, and production deployments.

· Define technical standards, reusable components, coding practices, and build governance.

· Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and operational readiness.

· Support data migration, environment setup, testing, defect resolution, hypercare, and warranty support.

· Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Development Teams to ensure delivery alignment.
