Job Summary

A Personal Driver & Bodyguard is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation while ensuring the personal safety and security of the employer and their family. The role requires discretion, professionalism, strong defensive driving skills, and the ability to assess and respond to security risks.

Key Responsibilities Driving Duties

• Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized guests to various destinations.
• Plan efficient travel routes and monitor traffic conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and operational condition of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing when needed.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and travel schedules.

Security Duties

• Provide close protection to the employer during travel and public appearances.
• Conduct security assessments of destinations and travel routes.
• Monitor surroundings for potential threats and suspicious activities.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement, or event staff when required.

Administrative & Support Duties

• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business affairs.
• Assist with luggage, packages, and personal errands when requested.
• Manage transportation schedules and appointments.
• Prepare incident and security reports when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a personal driver, executive driver, security officer, military personnel, police officer, or bodyguard.
• Knowledge of defensive and protective driving techniques.
• Strong observation and risk-assessment skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Working Conditions

• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Frequent travel may be required.
• Availability for emergency call-outs when necessary.
