Autobarn Automotive Solutions Sdn Bhd is a specialist automotive protection and enhancement company providing premium solutions including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Sprayed Paint Protection Film (SPPF), Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, Paint Protection and Automotive Detailing.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can understand customers' needs, recommend the right solutions and turn enquiries into confirmed appointments and sales.

Your Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-ins
• Understand the customer's vehicle, requirements and budget
• Recommend suitable automotive protection solutions
• Explain the differences between products, packages and workmanship
• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into appointments
• Conduct consultations and product presentations
• Prepare quotations and close sales
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Follow up after service to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with the installation and operations team
• Achieve monthly sales and customer conversion targets

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has sales experience — automotive experience is an advantage
• Is confident communicating with customers
• Can explain products clearly without being overly pushy
• Has strong follow-up and closing skills
• Is comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and social media
• Is target-driven and motivated by results
• Is well-presented, professional and customer-oriented
• Is willing to learn about automotive protection products
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has a valid driving licence
