Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including Juniper and Cisco switches.

Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity across corporate locations.

Assist in the administration and maintenance of firewalls, including firewall policies, VPN connections, and basic security configurations.

Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, routing, and switching issues.

Support structured cabling infrastructure, including Fiber Optic and Cat6 cabling.

Perform network equipment maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patch management.

Provide Level 1 and 2 support for network-related incidents and escalated issues.

Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.

Participate in network deployment, upgrade, and infrastructure enhancement projects.

Liaise with vendors and service providers on network-related matters.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in network administration and support within a corporate environment.

Hands-on experience with Juniper and Cisco switches.

Working knowledge of Palo Alto firewall administration.

Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.

Familiarity with Fiber Optic and Cat6 structured cabling.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
