JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and attend to customers professionally, schedule service appointments, and obtain accurate vehicle information.
• Understand customers' service and repair requirements through effective communication and active listening.
• Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
• Obtain customer approval for additional repair or maintenance work before proceeding.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and completion times, and handle customer accounts and payments when required.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are serviced and ready for collection within the promised time.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all vehicles before handing them back to customers.
• Follow up on special service campaigns, Fix-It-Right programs, customer follow-ups, parts back orders, and major repair jobs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates on the progress of their vehicles.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification of SKM Level 2, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
• A responsible team player with initiative, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Possess own transportation and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
