Junior Operator - Hydrogenation production

PALMAJU Edible Oil Sdn. Bhd.

1. Assist operators in daily Fractionation, Interesterification, and Hydrogenation production activities.

2. Prepare raw materials, production tools, and equipment before production starts.

3. Carry out material handling, oil transfer assistance, and housekeeping activities.

4. Assist in equipment cleaning and sanitation in accordance with production schedules.

5. Support machine start-up, shutdown, and product changeover under the guidance of senior operators.

6. Observe process conditions and immediately report any abnormalities or unsafe conditions.

7. Ensure work areas are clean and maintained in accordance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, and 5S requirements.

8. Comply with all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies and use the required PPE.

9. Participate in on-the-job training and continuously improve operational knowledge and skills.

10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Operator, or Management.

Job Requirements

1. SPM or Certificate in a related field.

2. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of manufacturing experience are encouraged

3. Experience in edible oil manufacturing is an added advantage.

4. Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations.

5. Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.

6. Physically fit and able to work in a plant environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
