Kerja Sepenuh Masa Air Conditioning - Refrigeration, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di H & Y MAINTENANCE SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and electrical equipment in restaurants.
• Carry out dismantling, installation, and adjustment work for all technical equipment including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair equipment faults to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, daily maintenance tasks, and scheduled inspections as required.
• Monitor equipment operating conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with the maintenance supervisor in executing maintenance schedules and assigned tasks.
• Maintain tools and assist in basic spare parts handling when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or other related technical fields.
• Strong experience in air conditioning maintenance, servicing, installation, and repair, with a focus on 5HP and above air conditioning systems.
• Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and basic electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning troubleshooting and technical repair principles.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on skills in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Solid hands-on skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to use various maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a high-intensity environment with flexible working hours.
• Possess valid GDL & PW4 licenses and willing to work across multiple locations.

Experience:

• Repairing and servicing 5HP & above air conditioning systems: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

· Possess valid GDL & PW4 licenses and willing to work across multiple locations.
