Job Summary
Manage and coordinate the entire textile manufacturing process to deliver efficient production, maintain consistent quality, meet deadlines, and optimize resource utilization.
Responsibilities
Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet delivery targets
Oversee all manufacturing stages including fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to ensure process efficiency
Monitor production output and quality metrics to maintain consistent product standards
Supervise production supervisors and factory workers to ensure adherence to operational goals
Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and production resources to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
Identify production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
Track production costs, waste levels, and operational efficiency to support cost control initiatives
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline production flow
Prepare detailed production reports and performance updates for management review
