HUSBANDING

1. Clearance

• To arrange the inward and outward clearance of vessels
• To process customs and immigration for vessel crew and passengers
• Attend to all documents submitted to customs/marine/immigration department and obtain relevant customs clearance, sign on/off, LG within the stipulated time before additional cost or delay are incurred

2. Operational

• Coordinate with Ship Owners and other statutory bodies as required to perform various husbanding tasks.
• Undertaking crew changes and related immigration matters.
• Make arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and etc for crew as required.
• Attend to ship surveys and medical emergencies
• Arrange for Port and Gate passes for crew as required.
• Any other jobs as and when assigned.

FORWARDING

1. Clearance

• To sort all documents for customs declaration received from Customer Service prior to submission to customs according to the type of clearance
• Attend to all documents submitted to customs department and obtain relevant OGA permits for customs clearance within the stipulated time before additional cost may be incurred.

2. Attend to Loading and Inspection of Cargo

• To attend the loading of cargo at CFS in the port and ensure a strict monitoring during the loading and unloading activities.
• To ensure all necessary precaution and safety aspect are taken base on the cargo size, weight and sensitivity.
• To monitor closely the vendor performing the lifting processes.
• Make the necessary arrangements for OGA inspection if required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
