Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer and account-related matters.
• Conduct regular account reviews and manage customer expectations.
• Identify new business, upselling, renewal, and solution enhancement opportunities.
• Develop account plans, track sales pipelines, forecasts, and account performance.
• Prepare account reports and present updates to management and customers.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, Support, Project Management, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Project Coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, financial services, insurance, or software is preferred.
• Enterprise/corporate client management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
