Kerja Sepenuh Masa Demi Chef, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Lamboplace Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Demi Chef to join our café kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily food preparation, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

1. Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

2. Manage daily mise en place and ensure assigned kitchen section is fully prepared for service.

3. Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize wastage.

4. Supervise and guide Commis Chefs in basic preparation and kitchen duties.

5. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the assigned workstation and kitchen areas.

6. Handle proper storage of ingredients and food items following labeling, dating, and FIFO procedures.

7. Follow food safety regulations, kitchen SOPs, and company standards at all times.

8. Handle ingredient ordering, stock receiving, and inventory checks to ensure sufficient kitchen supplies.

9. Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with the kitchen team.

10. Support the Supervisor with any ad-hoc duties if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commis or Demi Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel setting.
• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field (optional but preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
