Kerja Retail Excellence Intern, Singapore di Guerlain - Maukerja

Guerlain is looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join the Singapore team and support Retail Performance and Excellence projects across our boutiques and points of sale. This internship offers hands-on exposure to retail operations, sales performance analysis, CRM activation, and cross-functional collaboration with retail, training and marketing teams.

RETAIL PERFORMANCE

• Support the Senior Retail Manager in tracking retail performance and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare business updates, and presentations for the retail team.
• Consolidate and analyze key retail KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Track team productivity and support the identification of coaching and training needs.
• Support the monitoring of incentive schemes.
• Regularly review and analyze the client portfolio of each store and individual staff member to evaluate client health, retention, and development opportunities.

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & CLIENTELING

• Lead the execution of CRM campaigns through the Bee Gold App, including target list preparation, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Help monitor campaign performance and identify insights to improve customer outreach and conversion.
• Assist in monitoring usage and effectiveness of clienteling tools and platforms and to support store teams with basic troubleshooting or tips.
• Help prepare toolkits, training materials, guidebook and performance dashboards for store teams focused on client engagement.

RETAIL SUPPORT

• Assist the stores with logistics and admin.
• Facilitate inter-store transfers and product replenishment: transfer merchandise between stores to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Provide support for retail event preparation and execution when needed and ensure perfectexecution with high level of service.
• Create a positive and strong synergywithin the team,ensure positive mindset.

PROFILE

• Able to commit full time from December 2026 - June 2027.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about luxury retail trends and customer experience.
• Experience in project management.
