Job Description
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of F&B equipment and facilities.
Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair of equipment in the outlets.
Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Report on maintenance issues and to liaise with external vendors on major repairs works.
Maintain outlet facilities, including lighting, water supply systems, doors, locks, and other building fixtures.
Upkeep of maintenance records & service reports.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or technician support.
Class 3 driving license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
Required to work on weekends, and public holidays.
