Key tasks and responsibilities
Receive, check and organise production-related documents from customers.
Prepare, issue and track production work orders as instructed by the Production Planner.
Update production information and status in the relevant company systems.
Assist in preparing daily and weekly production reports.
Prepare threading reports and other routine production reports as required.
Assist the Production Planner with administrative tasks related to production planning and scheduling.
Monitor and update production order status and highlight delays or outstanding items to the relevant supervisor.
Manage workforce administration for the foreign workers, including timesheets, training records and related documentation.
Manage all work permit matters for foreign workers, including new applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, documentation, submissions, follow-ups with the relevant authorities and ensuring all work permits remain valid and up to date.
Manage medical appointments, leave administration, travel arrangements and other worker-related administrative matters.
Manage worker insurance matters, including policy administration, renewals, claims and related documentation.
Manage dormitory and worker welfare matters, ensuring the necessary arrangements and support are provided.
Liaise with HR and relevant internal teams on routine administrative matters.
Assist with uploading and maintaining Safety Observation photographs in the Excel worksheet and Intelex system.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and customer requirements.
Key functional competencies and relevant experience
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
1-2 years of relevant administrative, production, manufacturing or operations experience would be an advantage.
