Kerja Sepenuh Masa City Regional Manager (KL), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Rongsheng Food (South) Sdn.Bhd - Allace Burger & Chicken Federal Territory - Maukerja

As a City Regional Manager, you are expected to:

1. You will be responsible for the supervision of Area Manager (Johor), ensuring smooth operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

2. Lead and supervise area manager or outlet managers and teams to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.

3. Manage staff scheduling, stock control, daily operations, reporting, and training.

4. Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.

5. Maintain average salary of all outlet supervision not exceed 25% of the turnover.

6. No major food safety issues should occur in the outlet supervision during probationary period.

7. Training department will conduct QSC inspections on the stores at any time during this period and 0 points are not allowed.

8. No abnormal problems are allowed in cash management during this period.

9. Overall performance should consistently reflect a positive upward trend.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in the F&B or fastfood industry.

Proven experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and workforce scheduling tools.

Knowledge of local labour laws and health regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
