About Us

We are a growing sports retailer offering quality products for runners, walkers, hikers, and active lifestyles. Our range includes running shoes, performance sunglasses, running and hiking socks, recovery sandals, and other premium sporting goods. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.

· Recommend products based on customers’ needs and provide product knowledge.

· Operate the POS system and accurately process cashless and cash transactions.

· Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive visual displays.

· Receive, unpack, and replenish stock.

· Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.

· Assist with inventory counts and stock management.

· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.

· Support day-to-day store operations and opening/closing duties.

Requirements

· Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.

· Passion for sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle is an advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

· Retail sales experience is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.

Working Hours

· 6 days per week.

· Shift work between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

· Required to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
