You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Management

• Responsible for brand development includes developing marketing strategies and plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships and event management.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market leadership.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and consumer insights.

Campaign & Promotion Management

• Work together with Operation team in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
• Lead festive, seasonal, and new store opening campaigns.
• Lead the team to delivering and implementing campaigns and projects.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Oversee content strategy across Company's social media and other platforms.
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
• Monitor online reputation and customer engagement.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track campaign performance and ROI.
• Analyse sales performance, customer trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and profitability.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
