We are looking for a Pharmacist to ensure the continuous availability of medications and pharmacy supplies while optimizing inventory levels, minimizing wastage, and supporting cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pharmaceutical procurement and supplier coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Forecast medication demand and plan replenishment strategies.
• Monitor stock expiry, slow-moving inventory, and stock write-offs.
• Coordinate stock counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Support drug shortage management and alternative sourcing initiatives.
• Analyze inventory and procurement data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist with a valid APC.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or pharmacy operations.
• Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
