Role

As a Project Manager, you will initiate all aspects of service delivery of projects from initiation to delivery. This will include developing of detailed project plans and managing of implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring of change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

· Preparation of Statement of Works (SOW)

· Develop full scale project plans

· Manage project budget, resource allocation and timeline

· Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

· Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

· Project evaluations and assessment of results

· Manage multiple projects in parallel

· Manage customer’s expectation and escalation for key accounts and projects

· Ensure good customer experience and achieve high satisfaction level during the project lifecycle

· Provide management with regular updates on overall project delivery status, account health and major escalations.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
