Responsibilities:

• Coordinate student onboarding and briefings: Support pre-departure and arrival briefings, manage Meet & Greet services, and schedule airport pick-ups, medical appointments, and Student Pass collections with vendors.
• Oversee Student Pass and vendor operations: Work with outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate application and Student Pass data entry, and manage the Student Pass mailbox.
• Organise integration and wellbeing events: Plan and run integration and student wellbeing activities for new local and international students.
• Administer student medical insurance: Manage inpatient and outpatient insurance administration, liaise with Business Units on student registration, handle insurance enquiries, and update statistics.
• Handle documentation and communication: Maintain documents, financial records, and presentation slides, while regularly updating students through social media, webpages, and other channels, plus any ad-hoc duties as required.
