We are currently seeking experienced and passionate nursing leaders to join a well-established private healthcare organization in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Operating Theatre (OT) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
• Manage nursing staff, including scheduling, performance, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Post Basic qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing or Intensive Care Nursing is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in the respective specialty.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or managerial role is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
