We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Content & Digital) of the content role involves building and managing monthly and quarterly content and campaign calendars, planning campaigns around product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and business priorities. You will co-develop campaign themes, content angles, and communication approaches for different audiences, and take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution including briefing, coordinating, timeline management, and delivery. With the opportunity to look at new products entering the market and also attending pet events : )

This is not a role just about scheduling content and following trends. You should be interested in understanding how content can capture attention and translate ideas into marketing initiative or campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage the monthly and quarterly content and campaign calendar

Plan campaigns around product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and business priorities

Develop campaign themes, content angles, and communication approaches for different audiences

Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution — briefing, coordinating, timeline management, and delivery

Monitor performance across Reels, short-form video, social posts, EDMs, and paid campaigns

Track reach, engagement, watch time, clicks, and conversions

Identify underperforming content, diagnose why, and recommend specific fixes

Develop hooks, creative concepts, and content direction for Reels, videos, and social posts

Write clear creative briefs for content creators and designers

Review content before publishing to ensure it meets campaign objectives and brand direction

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field would be beneficial

Preferably

2–3 years of relevant marketing experience

, particularly in digital marketing, social media or content marketing.

Strong understanding of

Instagram Reels, TikTok, short-form video and current social media trends

.

Experience planning and managing marketing and content calendars.

Able to provide

creative direction to content creators

, rather than only coordinating schedules.

Comfortable analysing marketing performance and turning data into

actionable recommendations

.

Able to identify why content or campaigns may not be performing and propose practical solutions.

Strong project management, planning and coordination skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Able to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
