Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Executive for one of our iconic buildings in Paya Lebar.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- To work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that the mall and office are fully leased at all times whilst achieving budget rents.
- To be accountable for the tenancies assigned and complete renewals in a timely manner.
- To prepare recurring reports including leasing minutes, asset review reports and annual business plan.
- To work with Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.
- To contribute to the mall’s vision on the desired tenancy mix through active prospecting and engagement with retailers.
- To collaborate with different functions of the Centre Management Office to ensure tenancy related matters are resolved.
- To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore and be aware of general retail market trends.
