ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned site projects from planning through completion;

Develop detailed project plan including timelines, budgets, resources and risk assessments;

Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field;

Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance;

Monitor compliance with applicable codes of practice (LTA), performance standards and specifications of the material during the road works;

Coordinate with various teams including structural layout, roadwork construction and maintenance(s) to ensure project goals are met;

Develop specifications for project equipment and materials;

Create frameworks to measure project metrics and establish data collection methods;

Review engineering deliverables and initiate necessary corrective actions;

Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, technical specifications and pipeline calculations;

Provide technical support and guidance to project team members;

Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track;

Report regularly to project managers on progress and potential problems affecting cost or schedule.
Specialise In Installation of High Tension Transmission Cable, Optical Fibre Cable, Water/Gas Pipes and Civil Engineering Work.
