We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle. You will be more than just a matchmaker; you will be a strategic partner to both clients and candidates across Industrial, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors – from technician-level to executive-level placements, locally and internationally.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire client & candidate lifecycle – from business development to offer management.
• Sourcing & Headhunting: Find top talent via databases, referrals, job portals, networking, and direct headhunting.
• Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews, write candidate reports, and provide recommendations.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Cross-Industry Exposure: Work on diverse roles – front-end to back-end, technical to leadership.
