We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming experience, we'd love to have you on our team.

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest enquiries.

• Manage reservations and room availability.

• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.

• Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable.

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Experience in hotel reception, customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.

• Friendly, responsible, and well-groomed.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems are an advantage).

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
